Starting learning cooking from his Nani and then starting his first job at the age of 15 in a restaurant Cliff has learned so many things in his career. Due to his passion to become a great chef he even accepted to clear tables in his first restaurant job. After it, he gradually developed his skills for cooking and did different jobs like a line cook, sous chef, and executive chef at a different popular restaurant in New York City.
According to his LinkedIn, he has worked in Salute Restaurant for 5 years beginning working in 2002 as executive sous chef.
