Spencer Metzger Wiki:- In the final episode of Great British Menu Show, 2022 of BBC channel TV series Spencer finally made the Judged wow with his food presentation and secret recipe.
All the three judged Ed Gamble, Nisha Katona, and Tom Kerridge were amazed by seeing What Spencer has done in the final fight against another strong contestant. Spencer mesmerized the judges with his one TV themes dish that include the title “Be Careful What You Fish For?”
His other dish that was included in the Main course was titled by him First Impressions. Along standing with the three other finalists Spencer was waiting for judged comments when they tried his dishes.
After tasting his first dish judge panel commented “Heaven!” but it was the beginning and they went for main course testing they commented, “Flavour is Phenomenal.”
And after all this, there was a final banquet round that Spencer has to clear to win the show.
In it, he served a fish dish with recyclable cardboard magnifying glass. This recyclable cardboard magnifying glass was plated around the plate. There was a hidden message inside it that can be revealed with UV light.
And finally, he impressed the judging panel and ultimately grabs the trophy on 1st April 2022

Spencer first started working at the age of 15 years at Ritz Kitchen in London. From here he left his job for a while to complete his education. In 2015 he joined The Ritz London as a professional Senior Chief of Party.
